In this paper, we make scope to design 50 kW high power laser beam using coherent beam combining approach to use in directed energy applications. Since strong environment turbulence degrade coherent beam combining advantages just low turbulence level is considered. Combining elements are 19 polarized single mode 3 kW high power fiber lasers where are arranged in co-centric two hexagonal rings. Each of the fiber lasers has a collimator with a 30 mm beam spot size output. We extended transmitting range to z=10 km and improved filling factor up to f=0.91. Consequently power losses as side lobes are minimized and give rise to record combining efficiency of 88% which is the highest published result. The central spot size radius on target is R=5.9 cm where indicate 0.45 kW/cm2 power density. Also, the effect of Phase errors of combining elements disperse the far field intensity from center spot to the side lobes is investigated.
